What is ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching is a collaborative partnership where we work together to discuss areas you would like to see growth around, identify obstacles, and utilize your strengths to move you forward. We will explore how ADHD appears in your day-to-day life, and may touch on limiting beliefs, executive function issues such as prioritizing tasks, time management, attention, procrastination, getting started, and emotional dysregulation, among others.

If therapy is archeology, then coaching is architecture.

We work together to build into your life strategies and stairs to lead towards more successes. This is a process, and not something that can be done overnight. However when we do the work to find what works, invaluable systems can be put into place that can be applied to many aspects of your life.

My goal is your goal. A coach helps you navigate the path to get to where you want to go.

ADHD is a vastly misunderstood disorder. There have been great advances in research in the last decade, but it remains an invisible disorder with so many visible displays of symptoms which are frequently unbeknownst to the loved ones or persons with ADHD. My goal is to help others learn about their own ADHD, and how understanding their unique brain wiring holds the keys to open up the door of possibilities.
