Sessions run for approximately 50 minutes, but I will schedule clients for an hour in case we go beyond when reflecting and closing the conversation.

We will discuss areas in your life you are struggling with, or feel could be going better if obstacles were not in the way. Obstacles may be traits, mindsets, ineffective strategies, limiting beliefs, or external factors. Whatever is holding you back from moving forward, any areas in your life that you would like to see and feel growth in are ideal topics for coaching.

Yes. I am here to coach and guide you, but it is ultimately up to you what you would like to work on.

At the beginning of every session, we will come to an agreement on the topic you would like to discuss that day. The rest of our session will be discussion around what you choose and navigating those areas for growth. When we wrap up, I will do my part to define any strategies you want to establish or ensure that there is clarity moving forward.

Coming prepared to be coached is important in getting the most out of our time. Thinking of what is really important to you beforehand will enable us to have more time to explore that. If you come into a session and are unsure of the priorities you want to discuss, that is alright, but we will spend more time to determine what is most important to you to address. Being open to new ideas and being willing to explore and experiment is essential in getting the most out of coaching.
